Plazankuja 3 (Pallas) is a five-storey complex of six buildings completed in November 2009, located along Plazankuja, Tuulensuunkuja, Allotriankuja and Rialtonkuja. The houses have a total of 93 apartments. The property is owned by Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy. In the centre of the plot is a large courtyard with a former water basin of the School of Veterinary Medicine from the early 1960s. The pool was lowered to a decorative pool in 2009. Veterinary Park is a small park along Veterinary Avenue, Windmill Avenue and Plaza Avenue. The name of the park is a reminder of the history of the area, which was formerly home to the University of Helsinki's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The park is somewhat hidden and rather underused, perhaps because of the nearby Hermannin Park.
